Refund policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we offer a 21-day returns policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

* If goods are returned used, worn or damaged they will not be accepted,

We do not accept returns for "change of mind" where goods have been used.

Items that are NON- Returnable or Refundable -

  • Service Parts
  • Tubes and Tyres
  • Special Order Items
  • Electrical items
  • Any items that are used, worn or damaged

Max speeds and range stated are those calculated by the manufacturer under controlled factory conditions.  Factors such as rider weight, terrain, hills, power mode, heavy acceleration and riding style can greatly reduce these figures.  Any claim for a refund due to the above falls outside of our refund policy and will be addressed as a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@urbanwheelz.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Please note, refunds are completed by EFT payment only. Cash refunds are not possible.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be aware some financial institutions can take up to 7 business days to facilitate a refunded transfer of funds.

There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.
