MAINTENANCE OF YOUR E-SCOOTER/SKATEBOARD/BIKE

  • Wipe the shell with a soft cloth to clean the electric scooter/skateboard/bike.

  • Never clean your electric scooter/skateboard/bike with water. This may cause permanent damage to the electronic devices in the circuit board, and will void all warranties.

  • Check tyre pressure regularly an inflate as needed.

  • If you plan on not using your e-scooter/skateboard/bike for a period of more than a month, charge your electric scooter/skateboard/bike before this storage period. This will prevent the battery from being discharged for too long, which can cause permanent damage to the battery. Charge the battery at least once every two months.

  • Do not charge the battery in an environment where the temperature is lower than 0°C or higher than 30°C.

  • Avoid completely discharging the lithium battery.

  • Always charge products with lithium batteries under adult supervision.

  • Never charge batteries overnight while everyone in the house is asleep. An electrical fault could cause unexpected smoke or fire.

  • Store your electric scooter/skateboard/bike in a suitable place indoors. A dry and dust free environment is required.

  • DO NOT unscrew or tamper with any parts of your electric scooter/skateboard/bike. Only allow authorised repair centres to perform servicing on the scooter/skateboard/bike. Any modifications to the scooter/skateboard/bike will void the warranty.

  • Our warranty does not cover any damage as a result of rough handling, neglect or misuse or failure to maintain properly.
